Billing and Payment

Registration Billing

One bill will be sent for each semester. From the day of registration, a 25-day grace period is given to remit payment to Mississippi State University. After 25 days, a service fee of 1.5% is applied to any unpaid balances. All unpaid account balances must be paid by the last class meeting. If you have questions regarding billing you may call 662-325-2071 or e-mail cashiers@comptroller.msstate.edu.

Students can access their account via MyBanner Info system. The system contains a student menu that provides a comprehensive summary of all charges to the student's account by the University. Students may access their account information 24 hours a day.

- MSU no longer sends bills through USPS. -

NOTE: There is a 25 day grace period to make payment on billed charges. There will be a service charge at the rate of 1.5% assessed per month on any charges outstanding greater than 25 days from billing.
