Refund Schedule

  • Refunds are based on the date your Official Drop Form is received in our office.
  • Any balance remaining on a students account after he or she withdraws or drops from a course is the responsibility of the student; even if the student does not complete the course. Should these charges become delinquent (more than 90 days old from the first billing date), the student account will be subject to collection efforts.

Withdrawal Procedure

A student who wishes to drop ALL courses he/she is enrolled in must withdraw from the university. Students must complete the following withdrawal form and fax to Jane Maddox at 662-325-5200. If you should have any questions regarding withdrawing from courses please contact Jane Maddox at jmaddox@aoce.msstate.edu.

Students who formally withdraw from the University, may be refunded tuition cost in accordance to the Withdrawal Refund Schedule.

Drop Procedure

A student who elects to drop ONE individual course while remaining in at least one other course must submit an official drop form. Students must complete the following drop form and fax to Jane Maddox at 662-325-5200. If you should have any questions regarding dropping from an individual course please contact Jane Maddox at jmaddox@aoce.msstate.edu.
