The Diversity Certificate program seeks to enhance workplace success by promoting the multi-cultural knowledge, understanding and skills necessary to navigate among a diverse workforce.  At the heart of this post-baccalaureate program is the demand that students learn and think critically about race, race relations, ethnicity, social class and inequality, religion and gender.
