BCH 4253 - Nutritional Biochem Food

(Prerequisites:CH 2503 or equivalent with instructor's  consent. FNHP and BCH students only).Three hours  face-to-face lecture or web-based distance instruction.  In-depth study of the chemistry and functionality of  macronutrients in food systems and their biochemical impact  on the human body. (Same as FNH 4253/6253).
